There's no excuse for not joining our exercise classes! We are the most reasonably priced workout facility in the Miami Valley; classes are FREE to our members. If you don’t have the money for the entire membership fee at one time, consider our installment payment plan that allows 12 monthly payments or payment in full with no pre-payment penalty.

Cardio/Sculpt
Like variety? This is the class for you. Each class consists of 30 minutes of cardio exercise presented in various ways, such as step, Zumba, ball, etc. After your heart has had a work out, your muscles will be challenged by 30 minutes of resistance work, utilizing different pieces of equipment. Instructors will tailor the class to meet the needs of all levels of fitness. Great for a whole body workout in 60 min.

Lunch Workout - Zumba, Tone, Sculpt
No time to work out before and after work? Join us during your lunch time! We are offering 2 different classes Monday through Thursday. On Monday and Wednesday join us at 11:30 for Zumba. This class is an excellent way to exercise while having fun. Tuesday and Thursday’s enjoy Tone and Sculpt. Class is a great way to tone, strengthen muscles AND burn more calories not only during class but for the rest of the day. It also prepares you to deal with stress for the rest of the day.

Zumba
ALL AGES AND ABILITIES ARE WELCOME. Don’t be left out in the cold, come and join the newest fitness craze to hit the Miami Valley. Zumba is a mix of movements from Latin dances and music. It is equal part dancing and aerobics and will burn between 500 and 700 calories per class.

Tone & Sculpt
Want to be toned and sculpted? Come join us at the PRC where we focus on the core. We also focus on the body’s weak points and help strengthen the back and spine, knees, and neck. This 60 min workout focuses on the whole body.

Pilates/Stretch
Pilates is a technique designed 70 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. Instead of the “fast” pace of a regular exercise class, Pilates focuses on improving flexibility and strength in a slow and controlled manner. This class incorporates the body-mind connection helping you focus on muscle and their use.

Silver Sneakers
ALL AGES 18 AND UP AND ALL ABILITIES ARE WELCOME. You DO NOT have to be a Silver Sneakers member to join this awesome class. Silver Sneakers class is designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand held weights, bands, and SS balls are offered for resistance.

Yoga (Beginner's Class)
Everything old is new again! The way to a more relaxed and flexible body. Yoga has been in the forefront of medical and fitness news in the last few months. Yoga has been touted to add flexibility, help participants with chronic disease and decrease stress. Please join us for a very relaxing introduction to the ancient exercise program. You will gently strengthen and stretch while increasing your flexibility and improving your balance.

Qi Gong
Come join this NEW class! Low impact relaxing class with a focus on posture, breathing, and focus intention.

30/30 Zumba Toning
Want to get a total body workout in one class? This class is designed to give you 30 minutes of Zumba cardio exercise, and 30 minutes of toning.

Belly Dancing
Come work out your abs and entire body in this FUN class. Improve posture, muscle tone and overall body conditioning. *This is drop in fee class. Payable to the instructor.

REFIT®
REFIT is a fitness community with a vision is to create a fitness experience that changes people from the inside out, and this vision is accomplished by focusing on the heart as a muscle AND a soul. People don’t have to get fit in order to be fit at REFIT –our workouts are designed for everybody regardless of age, shape, size or ability.

Spin/Tone Fusion
This FUN class is interval training from toning to spinning.

Drop In Educational Fitness Training
Drop in any time during the 2 hours session to get fitness tips, focus on a target areas, such as lower back or knees, learn about Spin Bikes and our weight equipment and what benefits each exercise offers and more. Great for beginners and the experienced. All ages 18and older encouraged to join this session.
