Elementary Birthday Party Room
Don’t mess up your house when you can mess up ours! Hold your birthday party for ages 3 to 7 in the Elementary Birthday Party Room (3 hour maximum). Cost is $2 per child and $1 each for adults. A $10 non-refundable fee will be charge when you book your reservation. The day of the event the fee will be applied to the first 5 child/youth admission fees. You may bring in your own cake, pizza and refreshments. Children can use all gaming equipment in the room. Call Pam at 535-1070 to reserve the room or for more information.
Teen Room Birthday Parties
Is your house too small? Are you looking for an affordable place to hold a birthday party? Youth ages 8 to 17, hold your birthday party in the Teen Room. You may bring your own cake, food and refreshments. Patrons can use the big screen TV, video games and all game equipment. Cost is $2 per child and $1 each for adults. A $10 non-refundable fee will be charge when you book your reservation. The day of the event the fee will be applied to the first 5 child/youth admission fees. GCC Birthday Party Packages
Looking for the Coolest New Place to have your child's Birthday Party! The Gerhardt Civic Center is now the place to go! With our new remodel we have birthday packages to fit any of your needs. All fees and information are listed below; call the GCC (535-1095) today to reserve the space.
The Standard Birthday Party Package: $70 Moraine Resident, $85 Non - Resident
Includes 2 hours of use of the birthday party area, use of the climbing center, use of the GCC Gameroom, cake (in your choice of flavor), ice cream, punch and all paper products provided. Ten (10) children maximum, additional fee of $4 per child for over 10 children.
Theme Birthday Party Packages: $110 Moraine Resident, $125 Non - Resident
Just send out the Invitations and we will do the rest! All Themed Birthday Party Packages Include 2 hours of use of the birthday party area, a GCC Party Coordinator to plan and implement party activities, use of the climbing center, use of the GCC Gameroom, cake (in your choice of flavor), ice cream, punch and all themed paper products provided. Ten (10) children maximum, additional fee of $4 per child for over 10 children .

Paddle Boat rentals
Private paddleboat rentals are available this summer at Deer Meadow Park on Pinnacle Road. Enhance your shelter house reservation and birthday party, graduation party or family reunion by reserving the four paddleboats for your group’s enjoyment. Paddleboat rentals are by reservation only. Rental rates: 1 hour = $16, 2 hours = $28, 3 hours = $40
