Membership Info
There's no excuse for not joining our exercise classes! We are the most reasonably priced workout facility in the Miami Valley; classes are FREE to our members. If you don’t have the money for the entire membership fee at one time, consider our installment payment plan that allows 12 monthly payments or payment in full with no pre-payment penalty.

Cardio/Sculpt
Each class consists of 25 minutes of cardio exercise presented in various ways, such as step, Zumba, ball, etc. After your heart has had a work out, your muscles will be challenged by 25 minutes of resistance work, utilizing different pieces of equipment. Instructors will tailor the class to meet the needs of all levels of fitness. A great all over workout in just 60 quick minutes.
Lunch Workout
No time to work out before and after work? Join us during your lunch time! We are offering two different classes Monday through Thursday. On Mondays and Wednesdays join us at 11:30 a.m. for Zumba. This class is an excellent way to exercise while having fun. Tuesdays and Thursdays enjoy Functional Strength. This is a great way to tone, strengthen muscles AND burn more calories not only during class but for the rest of the day. It also prepares you to deal with stress for the rest of the day.
Killer Floor Workout
Want to use more calories at rest? The only way to do that is to build more muscle. The focus of this class is to assist you in obtaining a physique that others would “kill” for. Using different pieces of equipment to aid in making class fun, the instructors will work only on shaping and improving muscle mass. Women, you will NOT become muscle bound, but will be very pleased with how your clothes fit for the upcominng season.
Zumba
Don’t be left out in the cold! Come and join the newest fitness craze to hit the Miami Valley. Zumba is a mix of movements from Latin dances and music. It is equal part dancing and aerobics and will burn between 500 and 700 calories per class.
20/20/20
Want to get a total body workout in one class? 20/20/20 is designed to give you 20 minutes of cardio exercise, 20 minutes of sculpting and 20 minutes of core conditioning/stretching. Kick start your weekend with this fun class.
Cardio/Kick
This is an excellent class that provides the heart-healthy benefits of cardio exercise, while offering gains in agility, strength, balance and coordination achieved through martial arts training. No prior experience or equipment is necessary.
Boot Camp
This class is perfect for participants who want to be challenged and pushed to tone their body. The class can be adjusted to all levels, just let the instructor know.
Yoga (Beginner's Class)
Yoga has been in the forefront of medical and fitness news in the last few months. Yoga techniques can add flexibility, help participants with chronic disease and decrease stress. Please join us for a very relaxing introduction to this ancient exercise program. You will gently strengthen and stretch while increasing your flexibility and improving your balance.
Pilates
Pilates is a technique designed 70 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. Instead of the “fast” pace of a regular exercise class, Pilates focuses on improving flexibility and strength in a slow and controlled manner. This class incorporates the body-mind connection helping you focus on muscles and their use.
