Parks and Recreation Division’s Mission Statement
Moraine's Parks and Recreation Division is responsible for the development, promotion, and implementation of a comprehensive recreation program through quality facilities and parks so that all citizens have an opportunity to participate and enrich their lives through meaningful leisure time experiences. We have 13 parks with over 175 acres to enjoy; along with our recreation center, civic center, water park, and skate park.

 | Payne Recreation Center |
A great place to workout, play basketball & volleyball, or hang out in one of the game rooms. The Payne Recreation Center has it all. Elementary Room for ages 4-12, Nursery Room for ages 4 and under, Teen Room for ages 13-17, Adult Game Room with billiards, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and cornhole, Aerobic Exercise Room, Weight Room, Cardio Room, Indoor Walking/Running Track (15 laps to make a mile), basketball gym for volleyball & basketball leagues, meeting rooms for seating 143, 83, 60 or 30 people, locker rooms, birthday party rental rooms, special events and classes. | |

Come and rock out with our new rock climbing wall, as well as our newly remodel Game Room/Party Room and Fitness area. We also have, meeting rooms and a kitchen for all of your special events. | |
 | Splash Moraine |
The Miami Valley 's only wave pool waterpark is located minutes from Interstate 75. The wave pool, waterslides, kiddie area, and lazy river are some of the highlight of the water park. | |

The pond is stocked with bluegill, catfish, bass & perch. No net fishing. Catch & release policy. Seasonal fishing derbies are held at the 9 acre pond, as well as special events at the skate park. | |

A great place to plant your crop this season. 156 plots available. Register in February of each year. Plots must be maintained and cleared off by October 1. (11.9 acres) | |

 | Moraine Boat Ramp |
A great place to start your fishing trip. Ramp located off of East River Road and corner of the Miami Valley Recreational Trail, enjoy the Miami River for jet skiing, water skiing and tubing or fishing. (Walking Path, Fishing, .5 acres) | |
