The city manager here believes a sale of the former General Motors assembly plant property is imminent.David Hicks said he expects a sale of the former GM assembly site to happen in two months, if not sooner, based on conversations he has had with property owner Motors Liquidation Co. Hicks envisions the 300-acre property having up to 10 users potentially, all operating under a landlord owner.
